Jaw plate profile and condition affect feed grip, capacity and product size. Uneven wear, unsuitable settings or an incorrect profile can reduce performance.
We supply jaw plates in the profile and grade that matches your feed, along with the cheek plates, toggle group and structural castings that surround them, so a shutdown kit arrives complete.

What customers ask before they order jaw plates and spares.
Choose a jaw profile approved for the crusher and suitable for feed size, abrasiveness, fines and required product. A smooth or coarse-tooth profile does not universally improve throughput. Send the current part number and duty for review.
We accept enquiries for selected Metso C-Series and Sandvik CJ jaw crushers, including relevant mobile machines. The installed crusher model and serial number are needed to identify a part; a mobile plant designation alone may be insufficient.
Match the profile and grade to the duty, maintain suitable feeding and settings, and follow the equipment instructions for wear limits. Rotate or interchange plates only where that particular design permits it. Higher manganese content does not guarantee longer service life.
Yes. Fixed jaw, swing jaw, cheek plates, toggle plate and the correct bolts can be quoted as one shutdown kit. Give us the machine model and we will list what a full set normally comprises so nothing is left behind in stores.
