Cone Crusher Parts

Aftermarket mantles, bowl liners, concaves, bronze bushes and mechanical components for selected Metso Nordberg and Sandvik cone crushers. Compatibility is checked against the model, part number, drawing or sample supplied.

Cone crushers

The wear parts that decide your cost per tonne

The mantle is the moving wear surface and the bowl liner or concave is the stationary wear surface. Together they form the crushing chamber. Correct profile selection depends on the crusher model, feed grading, setting and required product.

We supply wear and mechanical parts for selected cone crusher models. Material grade, dimensions and inspection documentation are agreed for the quoted item and operating duty.

  • Matched mantle and bowl liner sets to preserve chamber profile
  • Mn13Cr2, Mn18Cr2, Mn22Cr2 and TiC composite grades
  • Bronze dimensions and running clearances checked against the agreed reference
  • Fasteners and backing reviewed for the specific liner system

Compatibility

Crusher families we cover

Model families below are enquiry references. Supply and fitment are confirmed for the specific part number and machine configuration; inclusion does not mean every part is stocked.

Model names are identification references only. Exact part number, machine serial number and configuration must be checked before supply.

Material selection

Choose the grade against the duty, not the price list

Manganese content alone does not determine performance. Carbon and alloy content, heat treatment, chamber profile and operating duty also affect wear and toughness.

Mn18Cr2
All-round standard
  • Nominal 18% manganese family for application review
  • Acceptance hardness: agreed specification and batch test
  • Balanced toughness and abrasion resistance
  • Surface hardening depends on service stress and deformation
Mn22Cr2
Abrasion resistance
  • Nominal 22% manganese family; carbon must be separately specified
  • Acceptance hardness: agreed specification and batch test
  • Suits hard-rock quarry and iron ore secondary crushing
  • Surface hardening depends on service stress and deformation
TiC Composite
Extreme duty
  • Titanium-carbide reinforcement in a specified matrix
  • Wear-life improvement must be established by a comparable site trial
  • Reinforcement layout and matrix must suit the duty
  • Compare installed cost and measured tonnes processed

Questions

Cone crusher parts, answered

The questions our customers ask most often before ordering.

Send the model, serial number, chamber configuration and OEM part numbers where available. Confirm the mantle and stationary liner profiles as a compatible pair. Follow the equipment instructions for wear limits and replacement.

Different mantle and concave grades may be appropriate in some applications. Their wear rates depend on the chamber and duty, so grade combinations should be reviewed with the supplier and against operating history rather than chosen by a universal rule.

OEM-compatible means the part is manufactured to match the dimensional and material specification of the original, but it is not manufactured or supplied by the original equipment manufacturer. We are not affiliated with Metso, Sandvik or Terex. All OEM part numbers are used for identification and cross-reference only.

Wear life depends on feed size, abrasiveness, chamber profile, crusher settings, throughput and operating practice. We review these conditions before recommending a manganese grade or composite option; no fixed service-life claim applies across different sites.

Bolts, fastening parts and backing compound can be reviewed with the liner enquiry. Backing is required only where specified for the crusher and liner design; some systems are backing-free.
