Start-up support, responsibility for installation and ongoing spares contact are confirmed in writing.

What to consider before committing to a machine.
Our main focus is parts supply. A complete machine makes sense when you are establishing a new plant, adding a crushing stage, replacing a machine that has reached the end of its economic repair life, or standing up a temporary or mobile operation.
Specify the wear parts and initial spares alongside the machine so the chamber profile, part references and future supply requirements can be reviewed together.
Provide the feed size distribution, material properties, throughput target and required product grading. The proposed equipment and settings must be reviewed for that duty and confirmed on the quotation.
Send us the feed gradation, the rock type and the product you need, and we will propose a configuration rather than a catalogue number.
The quotation identifies the manuals, drawings, factory checks, spare-parts list and support included. Site installation, electrical integration, guarding and commissioning responsibilities must be agreed before order.
Equipment lead time depends on the configuration, manufacturing schedule, inspection requirements and freight route. Ask for the current production estimate and transit estimate on the project quotation.
